How A Site Becomes A Structure
The Build Sequence
Every project we deliver follows the same disciplined sequence — from bare foundation to a finished, occupied building. These are our own sites, photographed at each stage.
Stage 01 — Foundation
Columns Set
Fabricated columns with base plates are positioned on the completed foundation — the site's first vertical lines.
Stage 02 — Frame Erection
Steel Skeleton Rises
Rafters and trusses are craned into place bay by bay, forming the primary structural frame.
Stage 03 — Roof & Bracing
Purlins & Bracing Complete
Purlins, girts and cross-bracing are fixed — the full frame is now load-ready for cladding.
Stage 04 — Cladding
Roofing & Wall Sheeting
Profiled roofing and cladding sheets go on, closing the building envelope.
Stage 05 — Handover
Ready For Occupancy
Finishing, landscaping and approvals complete — the building is handed over, and our post-handover support begins.
